Code F 27 , Valliant combi boiler. Requires a new fan, possible gas valve.

I would like to have a washer dryer collected for re-cycling

It’s a 52sqm property and we want hardwood flooring and the walls need possibly replastering or just painting

Painting the living room and small bedroom. Some minor patching required from screw holes, but walls otherwise in good condition
