It's a 2 bedroom flat, with a kitchen, a lounge/dining room, a bathrroom. I would like to have all of it painted.

Outside wall partly damaged with coping stones

Need a new shower rail. Existing fitting has vertical water fixings. Can't find a replacement, hopefully you ca and replace it for me

Fix water pooling on flat roof. Bulging, may need replacing. Look at guttering around the house and fill/replace mortar at the verge.
