Underlay and Lino in bathroom, including pipe boxing an skirting

Looking to install circa 20m2 hardwood flooring in herringbone. All materials provided. To be laid in Herringbone.

I need to refit the carpet as it is moving in my Study.

Just over a m2 hallway that I would like tiling with tiles i have already brought. I have had mdf put on top of the floorboards

Match existing Kardene in the kitchen then fit into new utility room so it all flows as one room .

Tiles installed over concrete that hadn’t dried out. Tiles need lifting and water proof membrane needed. Then retile.

Lay new tongue and groove floor boards

The old rug in the room is bad and needs to be replaced

Replace new carpet with old one including stair case and landing
