We had a downstairs shower, which we have stripped but removing the tiles has (predictably) damaged to plaster, and needs skimming.

Kitchen sink not draining. U-bends are clear, blockage appears to further along the pvc pipes.

Got a leaky bathroom tap. I’m in rented accomodation so would prefer to fix the existing tap but open to replacing with a new one if needed.
