Valliant boiler keeps losing pressure. Previous visit indicates expansion valve replacement

I accidentally drove into one the pillars of my gate and it fell. The part that had fallen got divided into two big chunks. It's a red bricks wall.

Build single storey kitchen extension, demolish outbuilding garage and pave the area. Possible resurfacing of driveway.

French doors will not open when unlocked, lock was replacd 10 years ago but doors not been opened during the last 10 years

Install new plug socket and coaxial cable to a wall. This already exists on a separate wall but moving to go better with the sofa positioning.
