Cracks in the pointing/pointing missing above the flashing on the two chimneys and water is tracking behind into the room below.

Remove full chimney breast from ground floor leading up to second floor, repair, plaster and close up waterproofing to a high standard.

Cap off existing chimney stack. The chimney is on top of a victorian terrace and is the castle style.
