New floor on shed porch as it's wearing away

Remove existing wooden external front door, replace with new one (to be bought - size 820 x 340 x 44), add hinges, lock, handles and letterbox.

The bottom part of the door has rotted need to get it repaired

I have 3 doors upstairs that need fitting and a door downstairs. I have all the handles, hinges, etc. I don't need the old doors to be disposed of.
