Rain pipes and other pipes outside the building need fixing as some leaking around the joints

To realign 2year old gutter to front flat roof porch needs sealing to roof water overflowing at back and running under rubber all only 2 years old

I need my walls checking as I have damp . I think the walls made need sealing . Outside walls at the back

Floor tiling kitchen, approx 4 meter x 2 meter. Ply has been put down. I have tiles and tile adhesive. Need tiler to do job asap
