Paul was very polite, quick and efficient. He used his initiative and went across the road to get a spare part that he didn't have very quickly. Job done well and price was extremely reasonable.

contacted Paul and he came straight away I had asked and set price to fit 2 new valves to radiator and set price at under £100 .Unfortunately these were fitted at a cost of £140 without an explanation regarding the additional charge .Disappointed

Paul done his job and promised to send invoice d warranty but never sent it I sent him reminder d wrote to myjobquote but nothing made him to sent paperwork . Myjobquote advised me to take help from C A B. There were issues while he was doing his job . He was keep trying to get more money than the agreed deal and came 1 and half an hour late then went out to buy some parts locally but came back after more than two hours. Not recommended

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Worst Plumber I have ever Encountered... Turned up 40mins late (I know this happens so over looked it) Cut wrong pipes. Didn't drain tank properly, resulting in flooding cupboard, hall carpet (now ruined) and leaked water into flat below. He actually cut the wrong pipes, capped off one end and left the other end open, when questioned about this he said it was 100% safe to use, I turned on tank and water came out, luckily I had a bucket under the pipe. He agreed to come back and fix the issues, did not turn up as agreed and sent a text starting with "oh shit i forgot..." I have left several messages for him to make arrangements to come back and fix the problem, he is now ignoring my messages. Low looking to take this further legally. Myjobquotes should remove this plumber from their books immediately!!!
