Arrived 5 hours later than initially advised, initially proposed a replacement part but could not source the part at the time, so fixed the problem by alternate method. The part will still need to be sourced and fitted at a later date.

This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant encounter with a workman I have ever encountered. My advert was quite clear, supply and replacement of toilet like for like and getting rid of old toilet. I received and accepted a quote from Mr Paul Toomer and expected the job to be done as agreed. He arrived at 8:30 PM almost 6 hours late. After dismantling my old toilet, he claimed he could not get a like for like toilet and therefore needed to do some adjustments with my box but only for an additional £50.00. I accepted under duress as I did not want to be left without a toilet, with the proviso that he fixes any damage. He continued grumbling that the job was taking too long and he needed more money. On completion and after I paid him cash he then asked for an additional £50 for a so called “call out charge” which was never mentioned before. Meanwhile, there where huge gaps around the toilet he fixed with missing tiles and my floor tiles where also damaged. I refused to pay him more money. He left and dumped the old toilet in my front drive not completing the contract we agreed. The only positive is that the toilet works and there is no leakage so far. I was left with an unpleasant experience and had to employ a decorator to fix damage left behind and got rid of old toilet myself.
PT Plumbing & GasYou thanked me for still coming out at that time as I went out my way and still came and kept you updated as had emergency that had to come first you got you toilet replacement best we could get closest as the old one is not sold new one was slightly different but you knew as I said I'd have to cut boxing for toilet as neat as I can but sometime when fitting things there no way around it
