Combi Boiler Service & Safety Check
Paul had originally been booked to do a boiler service but when I mentioned that I had been experiencing leaks in one of my radiators, he checked and it revealed a lot of black liquid dirt and stones in my system. He recommended I get the boiler flushed as I was at risk of it packing up, I've lived here for 3 years and never had issues but the thought of possibly having to pay out for a new boiler was worrying so ended up having the boiler system flushed out, along with new valves and a service. I appreciated that he stayed longer than anticipated but in terms of the work carried out, I've been left with a boiler that now makes funny sounds when the hot water comes on, a pipe which is not straight on one of the radiators as it wasn't put back properly. They didn’t really clean up after themselves, they cracked the tiles in my bathroom floor but didn't flag this to me and I've been chasing him for his invoice and company guarantee for now 2 weeks to no success and feels like he's just ignoring me, so I'm not sure about his level of work or professionalism.
PT Plumbing & GasI forgot to send and been on holiday since I have got tx evedience of are conversations and didn’t say nothing about tile or anything I can easy replace a tile not a problem if it was me I try to keep everyone happy I can also upload to my job quote all are messages shows me in contact and I have also offered in messages to have a look and rectify issues if was me
