Final price nearly double initial quote. Do not ask for any extra as charges are very high without advising additional cost. Check what parts are being fitted and make sure they are not “used”

Dedicated to getting jobs done, took on extra tasks and fixed the problem with ballcock. Would suggest keeping client more informed of rising cost of job compared to initial quote as the final cost was higher than expected but I do understand that the job needed more time than we both expected. I think I did make it easier to install the new immersion cylinder than was planned as I got same model through my own contact. But nice to meet Paul who was very accommodating and keen to complete everything, including collecting the cylinder.

Paul did the job, I paid him same day and then it started leaking, I have tried to contact him but not managed to yet
