Paul and his cousin removed the old globe style bath taps that had been there for over 50 years. and installed new modern style taps which we can now use with a push on shower which is so much easier for shampooing. They got on with the job, and explained when they had to replace some of the old lead pipe, so we were kept in the loop! The only drawback is they should work on their time keeping and arrive when they say they will. Apart from that, they did a good job when they did arrive!!!

Very nice guy and very friendly. Good plumber too! But when discussing price before a job, I should be told there is an additional "£50 call out charge" on top. The price also went up £40 when he arrived so there was a 2nd chance to mention the extra fee. As I said, really nice guy but adding an extra fee at the end leaves me feeling unhappy and unfortunately, that stops repeat jobs and recommendations.
Gas Boiler
Tradesman completed the job before agreeing the price, even though he was clearly requested to provide a quote before he starts work. He promised to provide diagnostic report and invoice when he reaches home but insisted to be paid instantly. I have called him several times and sent messages and he has failed to respond. It was a tenanted property that he was called to and I am concerned about his credentials and if he has even fixed the issue properly.
