Convert Garage into Living Area
Excellent builder. He stuck to his schedule and quote/estimate, working 8:30 - 4:30 every day and, later on the odd occasion. Nothing was a problem; Paul guided us and made logical suggestions when the odd snagging issue came up. His experience is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul (KD Property Services) to anyone. His costs are extremely reasonable; the same job was quoted 3 times Paul's final bill from another building company. From beginning to end, it was a really positive building experience.

Full Double Garage Conversion
I would recommend Paul to anyone who needed any building work done. We had our garage converted into a playroom and our loft boarded out. Both jobs were done to a really high standard and Paul was very reliable, had good knowledge of the regulations we needed to follow as well as being really pleasant.

Remove Internal Stud Wall for Kitchen

Replace Wall with Bannister, RSJ Needed
Paul came out to quote very quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. He gave a very good quote and broke it all down so we knew exactly what we were getting. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job to a good standard in the time stated. All rubbish was removed and he tidied up after himself. We have already asked him to quote for further work.

Garage Conversion
Paul did a great job converting our garage into a living room with small loo. He talked me through each stage, was reliable in terms of timekeeping and worked tirelessly until the job was completed to a high standard. The price was reasonable and I felt confident throughout that he was capable and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Paul again.

Internal Walls
Paul did an absolutely excellent job. He was very communicative about any extra work/costs and organised for other tradespeople to do their bit when required, making the whole process really seamless for us. It was clear to see that he is a professional who wants to get the job done well and up to a high standard, but without rushing through the work. And on a personal note, was really good to have a chat with. I would highly recommend him and will most likely be calling him again if we need any more work done.
Internal Walls
Kd property services recently fitted a new steal in our house and removed the old one that wasn't correct for the wall and removed the rest of the wall they done this to a very good standard and within a decent time frame had it completed
