Remove Load Bearing Wall, Block Door
We recently had a load bearing wall removed and old doorway bricked up and couldn’t be happier with the work carried out and overall service from Paul. The communication about the job was great. We are in the middle of a renovation and some of it we plan on doing ourselves, Paul was more than happy to answer any questions we had about how to tackle some of our future projects. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or get back in touch for anymore work we need doing in the future.

Excellent service. Quick quote, easily organised and completed on time. Paul knew i was a new homeowner and mentioned i wanted to hone my DIY skills, he also took the time to teach me a couple plumbing and electrical tricks I will be able to use myself!

Convert Garage into Living Area
Excellent builder. He stuck to his schedule and quote/estimate, working 8:30 - 4:30 every day and, later on the odd occasion. Nothing was a problem; Paul guided us and made logical suggestions when the odd snagging issue came up. His experience is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul (KD Property Services) to anyone. His costs are extremely reasonable; the same job was quoted 3 times Paul's final bill from another building company. From beginning to end, it was a really positive building experience.

Full Double Garage Conversion
I would recommend Paul to anyone who needed any building work done. We had our garage converted into a playroom and our loft boarded out. Both jobs were done to a really high standard and Paul was very reliable, had good knowledge of the regulations we needed to follow as well as being really pleasant.
