Paul turned up when he said he would and if I needed updating on anything he would instantly let me know! Everything was done in an extremely professional and timely manor and even liked to have a chat whilst he worked! Which was nice for me given im currently on mat leave with twins so adult conversation is always nice! The people he brought in to help were always professional and all have helped in getting our kitchen/dining room the way I wanted. I cant thank them enough after having so many rogue people who either wouldnt show up at all after giving quotes or seemed to take forever to do other work we had hired them to do. Can thoroughly recommend paul and his team! Thanks so much!

Full Single Garage To Living Room
Absolutely excellent job! Paul carried out a garage conversion and knock through for an internal door. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard and throughout the job Paul was keeping me informed on what would be happening next and timeline. Paul himself is very personable and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you ever need work done.

Remove Load Bearing Wall, Skim Finish
We were wanting to remove a load bearing wall between out kitchen and dining room as a start to renovating our downstairs area along with reloacting a couple of radiators. We received a few quotes and Paul from KD Propertie's quote was very competitive. The end result also looks fantastic. However, what set Paul apart from others was his knowledge and ability to recommend other trades for various tasks. Paul was able to recommend a surveyor for thr RSJ and an electrician who did a fantastic job with all the electrical works. In a few weeks we will be having our new kitchen fitted. Again we will be using someone recommended by Paul to fit the kitchen and will be welcoming Paul Back to do the plumbing. Cannot recommend Paul enough.
