Remove Load Bearing Wall, Skim Finish
We were wanting to remove a load bearing wall between out kitchen and dining room as a start to renovating our downstairs area along with reloacting a couple of radiators. We received a few quotes and Paul from KD Propertie's quote was very competitive. The end result also looks fantastic. However, what set Paul apart from others was his knowledge and ability to recommend other trades for various tasks. Paul was able to recommend a surveyor for thr RSJ and an electrician who did a fantastic job with all the electrical works. In a few weeks we will be having our new kitchen fitted. Again we will be using someone recommended by Paul to fit the kitchen and will be welcoming Paul Back to do the plumbing. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Install Downstairs Toilet in Utility
Paul came out to give us a quote very quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. His quote broke down all aspects of the job so we knew exactly what we were getting. He turned up when he said he would and completed to a good standard. He managed all the problems encountered and dealt with other tradesmen for some of the work. All rubbish was removed and he tidied up after himself, it was a really positive building experience. George
