I placed my job on this site and ambience were in contact within half hour. We wanted a outdoor socket installed for a lay z spa. James came out same day and completed the work there and then. All extricate were fully tested afterwards and a certificate issued. This company is very professional and provided a great service from the first contact through to completion. I would recommend James and ambience to anyone. Great guy, great work and customer service of the highest standard.

He was prompt. Fixed new light fitting as asked plus more advice on fuse box. Would use them again if needed work doing. Very thorough in his work. Will consider using again for further work.

James did an amazing job with our outside socket, he balanced the load on our fuse box (it kept tripping out and our hydroponics system wouldn't survive it if that happened while we were out) and put a light fitting up for us. He's incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful at explaining technical things to laypeople. Very friendly, and - very important for us - also happy to have a puppy jump around him all day. We'll definitely be repeat customers, thank you ever so much!
