James responded to my quote request on a job quote website. He was the only tradesperson who actually bothered to respond. He said he'd come over that day to take a look and arrived on time within a couple of hours of the phone call. Very professional and Covid safe. He spent a couple of hours fault finding and giving advice and his charges were very reasonable. He even sent further advice by text after leaving my house. Highly recommended.

Even though the job itself wasn't completed, not the fault of James but the state of the electrics In my house. He went out of his way to fix faults and make certain dangerous sockets safe. Top man would definitely recommend...
