Install 2 LED Ceiling Lights
The job was done but took to long and the workman seemed not in fit state of health for carrying of tools, ladders etc. up stairs. Am hopefull their are no problems.
Ambiance ElectricalThank you for your review. I did say to you before commencing the work I have a respiratory problem and usually pass the work to two other electricians. You do live on the 3rd floor with no lift access.. I do struggle going up stairs though this doesn’t affect my workmanship. I even went out of my way to order your lights as they couldn’t be picked up locally and spent a few days trying to find the ones you wanted, normally people buy their own house lights as they have a preference on what they want. I even gave you a friends discount details so you could buy the handles you wanted. I didn’t charge you anything extra for the time it took to buy the lights. The job didn’t take any longer than normal and I was talking to you quite a lot. It’s ashame you have reviewed my business as you have as many other customers do not have a problem with my work and understand the respiratory problem I have. I have just finished a job at an office second floor, exhausted going up stairs though did the job perfectly with everyone saying I did an excellent job and wished me well with the breathing problem. Replace Burnt Heater Plug & Socket
James Dawson from Ambiance Electrical was the first electrician to call me. He assessed the job over the phone and assured me that he would visit the next morning at 9.00am and gave a reasonable quote which I accepted. .9.00am this morning James arrived, and checked the burnt out socked he explained that the heater not the socked was at fault then replaced the socket. All through the work James took photos leaving evidence for me to help with a refund for the heater. James offers card or cash payments so a full receipt with all the work done is listed, then he advised me on extra safety tips. I paid James £55.00 which I think for that level of service and knowledge was outstanding which is 5 Star.

Disconnect Shed Wiring and Fuse Box
I hired James from Ambiance Electrical for some electrical work in my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, he was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
