Covering all aspects of home improvement's and maintenance work, from full renovations to small handy man jobs.
We now specialize in kitchen and kitchen upgrades, we can supply and fit, or fit the kitchen brand of you're choice?
We take care of every single part of the process, rip out, plastering, plumbing, electrics, flooring, joinery and the actual kitchen installation
providing a comprehensive service to you're projects, to make it as simple and stress-free as possibly, for you the customer.

Tristan is absolutely amazing. He did this job for me and brought so many ideas and improvements to the table. Since this job I have used Tristan for my entire bathroom refit which was superb and now he is developing my kitchen and living room into one open plan space. Again he brings loads of ideas and a level of attention to detail that I have never seen before. He’s great to work with, comms is second to none and a very fair price for all projects. This is a totally legit review and I welcome anyone to come and see his work in my apartment. Reluctant to share Tristan! He’s such a great find - one of a kind.
Fit Kitchen Worktops With Sink Cutouts
Tristan did an amazing job fitting our kitchen to a very high standard no meal breaks carried on through the day always cheerful and kind enough to do small jobs that where not in the final bill.Highly Recommended
Fit Internal Doors and Landing Rails
If I could award a higher rating I would. TC Properly were absolutely outstanding. The service and quality of work were superb. Professional, fair and a genuinely nice bloke. I highly recommend this company and will use it again.
Fit Oak Worktop and Cut Hob Hole
Replace our old worktop with reclaimed oak worktops. Was a bit tricky but was no problem for Tristan who clearly takes pride in his workmanship. Nice bloke would recommend Great job 👍
Hang 5 Internal Doors, 2 New Handles
Used TC property maintenance to remove and hang 5 upstairs doors, Tristan was on time, polite, professional and the quality of his work is excellent.
