We have squeaky flooring under carpet on the landing, bedroom and ensuite.

Looking for someone to knock through a wall to join a built in wardrobe the other side. Then turn the 3 door wardrobe in to two in the other room.

There is a touch of rising damp in hall and kitchen. Perhaps some carpentry needs replaced as well.
