Light in garage is not working. It's a JC 71743. Not sure how to fix it. Small job,but I'm flexible on time.

dig out the front garden and create a driveway put in the retaining walls to hold up the pathways etc to the other houses and drop the kerb

Remove old tarmac and replace with block paving.
