Deep clean of house before moving in. Carpets (upstairs only) need deep cleaning.

Guttering needs clearing. Note it is four stories high.

Remove a radiator from existing wall and place a towel heater rad in a new position (pipes already in place)

Build a single storey extension at the side of the house , looking at approx 550cm x 300cm connecting to a 500cm x 250cm , just getting initial quotes...

I need a new toilet waste connected to an existing soil stack and two 50mm connections from two showers, i think the stack will need repalcing and new...

I need an outside socket installed . I think it needs to be 16 amp for slightly more power as it is for a hot tub

My gazebo has broken .it is fixed by screws .It needs dismantling and a new one erected.
