I do not know if any of the fasias and soffits need to be replaced, but definitely need new guttering and downpipes

Gutter not holding water which pours from joint during heavy rain

Guttering leak on the end maybe need fix and clean.possibly .maybe loose tile slipped into the gutter not sure can’t see up there .

Guttering has a slight leak, Join might need adjusting or replacing.

Gutter on rear extension needs repair

Guttering wooden bracket has come off and is leaking behind it. Gutter may be leaking too at this point.

Clear out guttering around house & repair one corner (put the piece back up as it came down).
