I recently hired South Wales Home Improvements to repair a damaged bottom chord on a prefabricated roof truss, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Structural timber repairs require real precision, and Chris and Adam executed the engineer’s specifications to absolute perfection. They meticulously measured every attachment screw location, used the exact specification structural screws and glue, and sourced the correct timber. On top of their impressive technical accuracy, they were a pleasure to deal with: Punctual & Efficient: Arrived exactly on time and resolved the issue promptly. Clean Worksite: Completed all timber cutting outside to ensure zero mess inside the house. Great Communication: Provided clear photos of the completed work for my structural engineer’s sign-off.
