Just moved in, garden neglected, lawn awful. Lot's of pruning, fixing trellis. Can only afford once a month at the mo, this may change.

Garden needs levelling, with some raised beds and stonework to be cleared. Area is approx 8m x 10m. Additionally will need hardcore covering the area.
