Gardening services and handyman duties. Specialist in fencing, garden clearance, design and maintenance. Competent in patio design / construction. Capable woodworker (albeit no master craftsman)
Able to use manual tools where the use of power tools is not wanted (around livestock, or quiet neighbourhoods, etc.) albeit this is dependant on the job at hand.
Have only recently set up again in manual work (last year), but have plenty of experience from my younger days (age 17 - 25), and now have the extra wisdom age and experience brings.
Free and competitive quotes within an 18 mile radius, and minimal fee to cover diesel / petrol (dependant on whether I use van or car) beyond this 18 mile range.

The weather does however factor somewhat, and sadly (but realistically!) that is outside of my control. With that said, your lawns will be benefitted massively by my nutrient mix and compost on next visit, and as soon as the rains return.
Reduce Height Of Tall Hedge
I would highly recommend Alistair. He reduced my hedges by 2 feet and did a fantastic job. We originally had to move the date due to torrential rain, which was completely understandable, but he was so polite that he almost blamed himself for something he couldn't control! That is such a telling detail about his character. It shows he takes his business and his customers seriously, even when the British weather is completely out of his hands! As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting hiring tradespeople, as I’ve previously experienced people using technical jargon to try and intimidate me or push the price up. Alistair was the complete opposite—he was incredibly kind, respectful, and completely straightforward with his pricing from the start. He is a very hard worker who just gets straight on with the job efficiently, and he made sure to clear up the clippings before leaving. I’m really pleased with how everything looks and felt entirely comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely use his services again! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
