Simply fit a bathroom extractor fan. ALREADY have fan and a short length of ducting so it's just fitting and wiring.

Guttering in one part of the front of the house is leaking and pooling in one area. The fascia has also dropped a little in this area.

We have what we think is a gutter bloackage on the roof of our warehouse - we are looking to arrange an inspection/ survey of this to check the issue...

Front door lock mechanism broken. Some of the double glazing windows need new locks. Windows are about 20 years old.
