Extension EPDM inclined flat roof has developed a leak, which is dripping into the kitchen via a spotlight.

Remove Triton 7.5kw electric shower from bathroom and install new Triton 7.5kw easy fit shower

Gas burner in one oven not working properly. Flame is low and orange. I think plastic has melted on it. Probably needs replacing.
