repairing frame on external door where lock plate has been badly fitted

we recently bought house and need to get some new internal doors fixed. Also need so suggestions and advice on existing doors etc...

Replace existing flat front door with new fire proof door including closer and seals. Door in picture to the right. Saturday 9am - 5pm access.

external door frame needs replacing, and the door needs to be put back on.
