All works undertaken are fully insured and fitted by time served craftsmen and project managed by our installation management and overseen by the Managing Director for full customer assurance and peace of mind, drawing on over 80 combined years of experience working on private customer properties.

Build a sun room extension from kitchen
Avoid at All Costs – Unfinished Work and No Communication I hired this company to complete a conservatory project, with a clear agreement and timeline. Over 70% of the payment was made upfront, but the work was left incomplete. After months of chasing, there has been little to no communication, and now they have completely stopped responding to calls and messages. This has caused a lot of stress and financial loss. I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue professionally, but unfortunately, they’ve shown no accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

VISCOUNT WINDOWS LTDContract entered into; install small conservatory to rear of property with flat warm roof, various requirements asked for on technical survey, contract amended to include the removal of existing window inc lower brickworks to allow fitment of patio doors, it was ascertained that no lintol was present so we fitted a lintol and the patio doors, the rear area was to be concreted and was and is duly shuttered awaiting concrete, this the concrete company refused to pour due to the wet weather and since the good spell they have totally been too busy on contract works to get to the site, the customer constantly bombares and blocks the phone line with txts and calls we have spoken on various occasions keeping them up to date, they have now decided to cancel the contract and leave bad reviews, whilst yes we accept some liability for the delays but until the concrete is poured we cannot continue , we have paid for all materials to date and have the frames and glass for the initial project namely the conservatory made and ready, as the customer now wishes to cancel but has not put this in writing as the contract requirements, irrespective to press we are at a major loss, the customer does not require us to now complete the contract but insist on reviewing badly without acknowledging or putting the correct actual facts of this in their review.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Viscount Windows.Their communication was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process—they always answered the phone promptly, were polite, and incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find such professionalism and attentiveness these days. The team also made sure to clean up all their rubbish before leaving, which was greatly appreciated. The windows they installed look absolutely stunning—such a transformation! To top it all off, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly window fitting company, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . Truly outstanding service from start to finish! Replace Two External Side Doors and Frames
So the job was booked in for 17/9 no one turn up when we contacted the company apparently the fitter had a accident the day before so wouldn't be coming so waited all day to be contacted again to rearrange the fitting only when we contacted them again did we get a new date first was 30/9 which was not convenient so arranged for the 28/9 contacted them again day before to confirm of what time they would be arriving and again they said they wouldn't be coming said they could do the next day communication is very poor with this company When the was job was finally done quite happy with it they guy that fitted the doors was very nice clean and tidy Then the only time we was contacted was when job was completed asking if everything was ok and could we transfer the outstanding balance bit off a cheek really This us why only got a 3/5 as communication is poor

VISCOUNT WINDOWS LTDWe are very sorry for the apparent lack of communications but our recoded records show all points and times of contact and attempted contact, twice we booked the fitting an d twice it was not in the end convenient for the customer they changed the fit date, unfortunately the fitter booked had an injury so we pulled in one of our other fitters who agreed to fit on Sunday again to fit in with the customer, the left review is unfair as we went out of our way to get the job done o a Sunday as this was the only convenient time not for us but the customer, not many companies will work on a rest day, but yes we did, and as stated by the customer a good all round satisfactory installation

Install Suspended Ceiling in Conservatory
Bill and his team at Viscount Windows did an amazing job of transforming my conservatory. I am absolutely delighted with the results. All done within a day and for a very good price - having secured quotes from 2 other companies. Many thanks Bill - you're a a real gentleman.

Replace conservatory windows
Excellent company, very professional, polite, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone wanting any work doing and I am looking at having my conservatory converted and new windows this year with Bill and his team.
