Replaster Wall and Refit Gate
Neil from Trowel Team Plus Plastering and Damp solutions came and promptly completed the job initially. However the gate he re-fixed to the wall then came off within 48 hours of the job being complete. Neil offered to come and fix it, however there were two occasions, where a time was agreed, where Neil cancelled at the last minute due after we got in touch due to 'forgetting his tools on site' and having to rearrange. He then failed to get back to me after I said that the weekend wasn't an option, asking for Monday. We've since had someone else come and fix the gate with another company who have done a much better job.

Damp Wall Treatment and Plastering
Neil gave me a comprehensive quote, which he stuck to. He communicated with me before, during and after the work was completed. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and removed all debris from the property. I am completely satisfied with the job and the finish. I will use this team again if I need similar work done.
