I have been a plumber for 30 years and take pride in my work and especially after I have completed the job to the satisfaction of the customer as well as myself it's a nice feeling to know that you have helped someone and I always aim to please the customer if there's any dispute with the work I always discussed the problem to make the customer happy and 100% rights I am a very honest person in everything I do and I am very transparent I do not hide anything from the customer as these things will always come back to bite you if you're not totally honest within your trades work.
