Cut Off Corroded Washing Machine Foot
Please could you give my tradesman my review. His name is plastermaster and freed up my corroded feet on washing machine. He was very polite and pleasant. Did a very good job with a difficult task and would not give up. Very pleased and happy. Will use him again if needed.
Repair Dropped Top Window Rivet
Great guy. Came on time. Recognised a slightly bigger problem. Rectified straight away with new parts. All work was explained to me. Now i can open and close the window. I would highly recommend. Thankyou
Trim Internal Doors After New Flooring
This is not the review I wanted to have to write, but unfortunately Dan has left me with no choice. Dan and James came to trim seven internal fire doors at a cost of £30 per door. They arrived on time and Dan initially appeared to be a genuine and professional tradesman. The doors were trimmed outside, and on one door in particular—my child’s bedroom door—Dan recommended using a small amount of polyfilla after trimming. At first glance the work appeared satisfactory. However, on closer inspection I discovered that my child’s bedroom fire door had been trimmed from the top rather than the bottom. In doing so, the fire certification label has been completely removed, meaning the door is no longer certified as a fire door. There is now a significant gap above the door, which raises serious concerns about its ability to perform as intended in the event of a fire. I had specifically shown Dan which seven doors needed trimming, but only six were actually completed despite me paying for seven. When I contacted him about the seventh door, he was willing to return and finish it. However, as soon as I raised my concerns about the damage to my child’s fire door, all communication stopped. Despite giving him ample opportunity to respond and resolve the issue, I have been ignored. In my opinion, this demonstrates a lack of accountability and customer care. I am now left having to replace my child’s fire door at my own expense because it is no longer certified. I also paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this tradesman. If you need work carried out on fire doors, I would strongly suggest choosing someone with demonstrable experience and who is willing to stand behind their workmanship if problems arise.

Dan contacted me very quickly to quote. He was able to attend within a few days and was very flexible to fit in with me. He arrived promptly, was friendly and very professional. The job was completed with no fuss, and his charges were very competitive and fair. It was a pleasure to have him and his assistant in my home and I can 100% recommend him.
Repair Stuck Internal Door Lock
Daniel allways does a great job and can highley recomend his services he has looked after diffrent jobs for me and my brother had a seal put right in the shower superb job and just recent a lock on the outside door needed replaceing we was both very happy with the work Dan did.
