Air Conditioning
Reasonable Pricing: The cost of the air conditioning system was deemed reasonable. Vent Placement: However, there was an issue with the air conditioning vent. It was not centered in the ceiling. Hence the rating.

Kemars electrical services ltdThank you for the review, however as I explained to you the reason for it not being centred is because the fan needed to be close to the shower in order for it to be more effective. That way it will be able to extract the steam from the room.

House Rewire
Good price and service. Was a slightly difficult job due to house occupants but, Kemar managed his works and kept occupant happy as best he could during what is disruptive works. Would definately use him again.

The electrician was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to electrical installations and repairs. They efficiently installed cable. However the trench for SWA cable would have done better, also the handling the floor wood would have done better instead of cracking and splintering.
