Diagnose And Fix Upstairs Lighting Fault
Kemar called within an hour of me posting the job on Checkatrade and arrived within 15 mins of confirming I'd like to go ahead. I was worried that due to the quality of the previous work done by someone else, that it would be a tough problem to solve. However Kemar was thorough and diligent, looked at everything, figured out the issue and had it resolved with his partner within 2 hours. He found the root cause promptly and explained what had happened and what he had done to fix it. He also allowed me to check everything was functioning before he left which is not often you see from a tradespeople who are quick to get out the door usually! Super happy with Kemar and his team, would highly recommend and will definitely go straight to him for any future jobs.
