Confirmed job with this company for them to start then all we got was poor excuses on why they couldn’t turn up day after day very poor coms Wouldn’t trust . If they can’t come to d a job I wouldn’t like to think if they have done a job and it went wrong you would never see them avoid

The repair itself seems to be OK, apart from the fact that they damaged a section of fascia board during the process but failed to tell me at the time. I contacted them the day of the works (02/09/20) and they said they new about it but would be back in a few days to put it right. My score of 3/5 reflects my feelings about the situation but this may change if they are true to their word!
