Replace Asbestos Garage Roof
Niki was very quick to provide a quote and carried out the work within a week or so. He replaced an asbestos corrugated garage roof with a corrugated concrete roof. Unfortunately due to the age of the original, the profile was different on the new roof and as the overlap was not sealed, the roof now leaks more than it did before we started. I contacted Niki on more than 1 occasion who said it could not be rectified due to the constant rain. I totally understand this. It is now 4 weeks since the job was done and I have had no further contact. Reluctantly, I have another roofer coming to rectify the situation.
IntaroofYou failed to say we had a week of ice and snow Marie, then I was in turkey on holiday which was booked since last year and it’s rained every day since I’ve been back, so it’s not actually 4 weeks of not coming. It’s raining again today so we are off, I did tell you it has to be bone dry to do it and I will come over to do it as soon as it is as it’s a 15 minute fix, so you’re making this out how a lot worse than it is. I have nothing but 5 star reviews so I’m not the type of roofer you’re suggesting, I can’t do anything while it’s snowing, raining or in turkey, but like I said I’m more than happy to call me put a seal in quickly.

Niki Williams and Aaron, were excellent. They came across a few extra problems, well large problems, but Niki, took it all in his stride and resolved the problems. It also took longer than the one day he quoted to do the job due to the weather, but he didn't moan. They cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend him definitely.

The job was completed very professionally and Niki and his team worked hard and quickly. They removed all the old materials and cleared up remarkably well. The finished job looks very good and they even replaced an abutting roof that was is bad repair. They were very pleasant and I recommend them highly.

What can I say, proper old school company. Honest and reliable. Did a great job replacing my double garage roof. Took less than a day to lay new osb, rubber roofing and all trims. Brilliant
