The reason of the low score is due to the fact that after the job was completed we agreed to fix other issues in the house too. After missing the first appointment he didn't bother to call or contact us in any form. After a few days we rearranged to a new appointment. That day morning after a call from him where he said he will be here in 15 minutes He never showed. Haven't hear from him since. Also all our calls are blocked. The reason we choose him was the number of positive feedback. Seems like it was a big mistake. Why give a quote if you know you wont do the job? Everybody steer clear from him.

I aways endeavour go the extra mile to do a great service personally

Tom called straightaway with a competitive quote and supplied a quick time frame to carry out the test certificate for our new property. Tom was always in correspondence supplying updates as to when he could attend the property and he called after the testing to confirm all was ok and the Electrical certificate was supplied the next day. I cant fault the communication and professionalism; although i would just say that its very difficult to hear people over mobile when they are calling from a car, but this is an extremely minor point in amongst what i felt was a very good service and i would happily recommend H&N to my friends and indeed utilise them for further work.

I asked the trade to come round after two pm by half past three no show I messaged him to ask where he was he said his partner had not been well and he would message me to say what time he would be there by eight in the evening I had heard nothing so I left it till the next day to see if he was still coming and to ask how his partners was up to and including now I got no reply
