Tom is the most efficient tradesperson I've dealt with in years and I will definitely be using him again as a result of the fantastic service received. As a landlord of several properties, I've used many trades in the local area over the years, but this company is clearly head and shoulders above the rest. They quote fast, they call you back when they say they will, they turn up on time, they are very, very reasonably priced and they complete work efficiently and on time. Firstly, Tom was very quick to quote at an extremely reasonable price (so no haggling at all was required) and he organised everything directly with my tenant (he even called my tenant at the time stated, which other tradespeople rarely do). Secondly, he arranged to meet my tenant at a convenient time to gain access, he turned up on time, replaced a broken bathroom pull switch and completed PAT testing of all our kitchen appliances, all in a short space of time and at a very reasonable price. Finally, he contacted me as soon as the job was completed and had already sent me the PAT testing certificates to display. From posting the job on a Friday evening, Tom quoted for the job that evening and arranged to contact my tenant on Monday morning. By Monday lunchtime, the job was completed and paperwork issued. A truly impressive service from start to finish. Very highly recommended. Thanks again Tom!
