Build Lean To Shed With Roof
At first appeared like a nice guy saying he puts his hands up to mistakes and to rectify but really doesn’t put his money where his mouth is. Did a handy man grade work and didn’t install metal base plates on posts as quoted and shown in his picture. I don’t mind as he gave a decent quote. He caused a 4inch split right through a load bearing post while screwing two screws and blames brand new timber which he sourced. Refused to take responsibility to replace and wants me to pay for replacement.
