I had a small leak coming from a dormer and contacted Storm King Roofing for help. They carried out an initial repair quickly and professionally. Unfortunately the leak persisted afterwards, but Stuart came back promptly to investigate further and carried out additional work to resolve the issue. I really appreciated that they stood by their work and took the time to make sure the problem was fully fixed. Since the follow-up visit the leak has completely gone, even after heavy rain. Stuart was friendly, reliable and clearly committed to getting the job done properly. It’s reassuring to find a company that takes responsibility and ensures the customer is satisfied.
