Reponded promptly to my queries. Arrived on time and did a very good job in challenging weather conditions. Would definitely use again.

Needed new brackets on a canopy porch, as the old timbers where showing signs of age. Contacted Stayfixroofing who came and quoted for new brackets, as well as upgrading the wood to plastic cladding. Unfortunately the roofer had family issues, and so recommended a friend to come and do the job. Said friend came and did the job, removing the old brackets and replacing them with much smaller versions. In the high winds of January, the entire Porch canopy fell off the wall, because in the remedial works, it was not identified that the old porch fixings were attached to the wall - this should have been identified, especially with the much smaller new brackets. The porch canopy weighs 250kgs, because it was 2x4 timber and sheet lead. 10 minutes before the canopy "fell off", the postman was delivering mail. I have 2 young children who could have been fatally crushed because it was not checked that the new bracket system was adequate enough to hold the original porch canopy - and the first inclement weather showed it couldn't. Having apologised and informing me the porch would be completely replaced and a time and date for that to happen or organised, the person did not turn up. January 27th is when I sent the photographs of the fallen porch and it is STILL outside my house, on the floor. It is now 24th March at the time of writing. I have tried ringing Stayfixroofing numerous times and emailed them 4 times and I am being ignored. I have given ample consideration for family issues and other projects to be cleared before sorting my issues - but it is now beyond acceptable, and I leave this 1/5 review after careful consideration, knowing that this will be the first review received, which is less than 5/5. If the issue is fixed after submitting this review, I will consider having it removed, but as of now, this is my only chance of getting the issue fixed, without paying more than double the original project should have been worth in the first place. I have photos and emails to show the issue.

Completed the job as expected, even in the cold and wet weather.

i want to start by saying what a wonderfull team excelant work on roof and gutters. easy to talk to very professional would absolutly recomend them to any one would like to allow anyone to come and look at the roof for refrance again what a fantastic job you guys have done
