Wall Demolition and Replastering
Paid £550 for a full room skim. Unfortunately the finish was rushed, with uneven areas around the chasing and sockets, gaps that hadn’t been properly filled, and loose material left behind fittings. During the work, a wire was cut and re-positioned incorrectly, which caused the electrics to short and required an electrician to attend and fix it that cost me extra money. When I raised the concerns, I felt dismissed and was advised to paint over the issues rather than have them properly corrected. Communication then stopped altogether days later. Very disappointed with the workmanship and aftercare. Based on my experience, I would not use this tradesperson again.
Sean mccabeYou can leave a review but you should not tell lies if your not happy .I got my worker to get you to come upstairs to chat about the wire dangling down the wall about 4 feet long I asked you was it dead or alive you said it was dead and I can cut the wire . The power then tripped and I could of been shocked cutting it . We then continued to plaster the wall and at the end you and your dad came up to expect the work and you where happy and payed me .there was still about 3 inches of wire and I said I did not want to cut it again until you turned off all the power in the house and I then cut it and filled a small hole and the wire was completely gone your dad said he was delighted and the house was spotless. I do not know why you are telling lies about the wire we asked you the first time could we cut it and the second time your dad asked me to cut it I am not a electrician and I did say maby we should not cut it until you get a electrician to inspect it Telling lies to damage someone's business is a bad thing to do and I will be reporting you for this

Plastering Around New French Doors
Trademan forgot the job include less than a square meter of external rendering. Eventually we agreed new price to include Rendering a very small area. I would say quality of plastering was very good. I can not say same for the rendering outside.
Sean mccabeI explained to you that patching pebble dash Will never be perfect you can not blend in Stones and the line of the patch Will always be visable and noticed Also the house was 50 Years old and i can not match the exact size and colour off the pebble s used in the 1970s Also for such a old building the colour of pebble s could fade or be dirty I am glad you are happy with the plastering but i did say the pebble dash Will show when patched
Stairway and Landing Plastering
Sean was on time , and carried out the work perfectly and tidy up afterwards. Sean was professional and ensured all was done and did final checks before leaving. Very satisfied with his work.
Small Toilet Room Skim Coating
Sean did a very good job he was on time. The work he carried out was done to a neat tidy professional stand. In the future I would definitely have him carry out more plastering jobs in my home.

Replace Kitchen Ceiling
Within minutes of posting this job on myjobquote Sean contacted me and gave me a call, I felt that he would do a decent job, and we booked him to do the job the following week. Sean arrived early and started the work immediately, he was extremely professional, thorough, proficient and knew his craft, he protected the area with dust sheets and other protective materials and finished a difficult job to a very high standard, Sean worked hard all day and cleaned up after himself. Sean is a friendly affable person we were both extremely pleased with the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean to other friends and family or anyone who needs this type of job. Skimming Two Window Front Walls
Cud of gave me advice there wall wasn't straight.. instead carried with work.
Sean mccabeI wish i could post photos on this to show your whatapp messages you thanked me for the Work i carried out and asked me could i do tiling . Yea your Walls where twisted and bent and all over the place you stripped wall paper and asked for a quote for a skim coat. If you wanted the Walls perfect you could of said this and i could of changed the quote and Bonded the Walls and built them out súper straight your entire house is warped and twisted and Every wall and ceiling line is all over the place .If you had of straightned the 3 small Walls i skimmed for you it would of made no difference to your house .But i am a plasterer and if you had asked me to do this i would of you just said you wanted 3 Walls skimmed because when you removed wallpaper plaster came off you where with me in the property when you let me in and showed me the Walls. I think your review is unfair
