I received two quotes from this electrician for the work listed: £250 without certification and £350 including certification. I agreed to proceed with the £350 option, which included the certificate. The work was completed, and I made the payment in cash after the job was finished. However, I have not received the certificate that was promised. In addition, the electrician is no longer responding to my calls or messages. I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding this matter and request your assistance in resolving the issue.
