General Maintenance
Unfortunately the the job itself turned out to be a poor execution. I had wanted to try and rearrange the time for that day as it woukd of been better not to had rushed the appointment. But I was informed that the worker had another appointment and for me I would be charged an £120 call out, so I went ahead for the job to take place as the call out would have ended being a bit more than the actual cost of the works. The sealing around the bath was awful and extremely untidy, it started to come away straightaway. The grouting of the tiles on the floor was poor. I think the worker could of slightly rearranged the time it was not that I was cancelling the appointment just changing the time, slightly but the worker said I would be charged a call out by him. My son who has autism was at home and needed to use the bathroom, I explained this but as I mentioned above the worker stated I would be charged a call out fee, even for changing the time slightly for later that afternoon. Not Good

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Unfortunately cannot recommend due to poor communication and total lack of urgency in correcting a leak that they had left us with. Initial contact seemed positive and the replacement of two kitchen mixer taps seemed to go quite smoothly. However shortly after he left, we noticed a drip from the newly fitted isolation valve. I'm sure this sometimes happens and people have to come back to correct. However after saying he'd come back there was then a period of 2 days of not responding to calls or texts. At the end of which he then said he would come at an arranged time but didn't show. All the while we had a drip which was bad enough for us to have to turn off the water to the whole house.
