Price of job was agreed for the works to be carried out there and then. Paul mentioned that he will provide gas certificate for the work. When job was completed Paul mentioned about the additional charge for the gas certificate which I thought was included in the original quote. Felt a bit let down with this but paid the extra charge as I thought it was important to have the certificate. However, could not fault his work and came across friendly. Communication was done over the phone as I was at work.
