Slate Roof Repair/Replacement
Said would look after my mum as she disabled and in her 60’s, charged £300 for a bit of plastic on the edge of the house to make it waterproof, but it ain’t water proof. Not happy
New property maintenanceIt is very much. Water proof as we have use roofing felt witch is water proof half of your roof is hanging of fascia and gutters all your timbers and sturts are completely rotten that’s why they have all blown off and the roof tiles had come off were the batten under neath has rotted we made tiles safe and roof water tight for time being as you said you had no money and could not afford to get fixed properly and wanted temporary solution the only way to get around this is issue is bye have in a new roof on that side of the house and I hope you get 10 roofers in and they will all say the same thing no have a nice day

About this Tradespersons work 1. Responsive 2.Reliable 3. Works very quickly where others could take their time being too thorough and add cost. 4. The price for the job I thought high, but it needed doing. 5. As my job was a Roof Job, this person sends videos to show the damage and gives his opinion as to what he thinks needs doing, which is good. He then sends a video of the completed job, although it was brief and the surface finish of the new concrete wasn't smooth which I'd of expected, so more time could of been spent their as the job looked rushed, but that's my personnel opinion of being in the trade myself. 6. There was no receipt (invoice) of work submitted on completion, so I cannot use this if I was selling the House, this could of been useful for the records for the Homeowner. 7. Finally, this Tradesperson covers many other related jobs and can advise for future consideration and reference.
Repair External Vent, Risk of Falling
Michael was great. Very prompt, quoted me as soon as he inspected the repair and conducted the repair immediately. While the repair was simple, i was unable to repair due to heights and my disability, the quotation was fair and he was polite all the way through. Thank you Michael.
Chimney Flashing and Repointing Repair
Michael responded very quickly, sent me a video confirming what we believed - failed chimney flashing causing leak. He was able to do the repairs same day & sent another video confirming job done. Looks great & pleased with cost. Also reassured me rest of roof was in good condition so no overselling.

Michael was very courteous and gave us a fair quote which we accepted and within the hour the job was completed and all waste taken away. We shall use him again in future
Fix Leaky Joint Over Conservatory
Repeat requests for receipt of payment not responded to. Requested new joint on second visit - ignored. Sealant used was white - guttering black. I was in middle of crisis when he did it and then gone before I could question him.
Repair Fence and Remove Small Tree
Great lads great job cleaned up would recommend them fair price.
