Shed Roof Felt Replacement
I feel they cut corners by not providing enough felt and not flush covering on front fascia. Also not a full length on the bottom run and split into 2. Aired my concerns as well whether glued enough on joins. Was informed if any problems they would rectify. I feel 2 rolls of felt were needed to do a correct job. Was quoted £100 for materials so assumed that included 2 rolls as I’d priced the rolls up beforehand but they only arrived with 1 and feel they cut corners due to this.
New property maintenance1 roll 34 pound glue 36 pound tacks 6 pound new nails for fascia 3 pound total 79 pounds 3 layers come of and 3 layers went on it’s completely covered on the sides and back the front is have way down so the water can not run back on itself customer was told this and said they understand obviously not the customer also got own ladders and checked thoroughly before any payment was made had no queries and payed me good job done all waste taken away free of charge and everything left clean and tidy

My first thoughts were how does a workman quote a price before he actually sees the job other work agreed no wproper work discription was made other than roof repair don’t really know what that means what exactly did he do for the money ? Not happy with his payment strategy either
New property maintenanceWere do I start with this ignorant piece of work took some work of his nephew great guy happy with everything but when it come to payment the uncle was try in to rip me of every way possible talking to me with disrespect say he pay me in 2 days when when me and my team have completed a job then you pay unless other wise agreed he reckons I will come have a look if I’m not happy I’m not paying not his house or money put just like to feel important the nephew great guy done more work again for him even sanded his driveway for free so please ignore this racist peice of work

Reattach Loose Guttering on House
Called me to provide a quote in the morning, a team of 3 arrived within 15 minutes of me confirming the guttering repair job. Repair work was completed as required within half hour of arriving. No problems. Will have to wait for it to rain before knowing 100% that all is good. Thank you
