Initial contact with this team was great. They came to do a quote fairly quickly and spent time helping me in my decision about what slabs to lay. They turned up as planned to do the job (although on three consecutive mornings 8am turned out to be 10am but I believe this is standard for workmen!). However, the after-care has been shocking. Firstly, despite asking many times, I have never received a receipt for the work done. Luckily I paid by bank transfer so have proof of the £1100 I paid them. Also, in the days which followed, some of the slabs they laid became loose and on numerous occasions I have asked for these to be fixed and told they would arrange a date to come in the next few days but this has never materialised. It has been three months now since the job was first done and I was reluctant to post this negative review to give them chance to rectify the problems but that understanding has not been returned. So I find myself with no option but to warn others and escalate my issues with advice from the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
