Me personally have been doing roofing for almost 20 years an my co-partner has been in the ground works, e.g block paving, slabbing, Indian slate ect… for longer than 20 years, so together we cover a lot of aspects of work. From a small leak on a roof too aye cracked slab therefore on a bigger scale, too brand new driveways, external garden walls / brand new tiled roofs, EPDM rubber roofs, torch on felt, all UPVC fittings plus maintenance free solutions.

Install Two Air Vents
I chose Craig for this job after speaking with him and believing he was a genuine, trustworthy tradesman. I specifically needed someone local to Cannock to install four air vents to help prevent ongoing mould issues in my property, and Craig agreed to complete the work for £500. He later sent me photos suggesting the job had been done, and I trusted that everything had been carried out properly. However, after my tenant moved out complaining that the mould problem had persisted I visited the property myself (which required travelling a considerable distance) and discovered the truth. Shockingly, Craig had not even drilled through the wall for three out of the four vents. Instead, he had simply glued them onto the surface, making them completely ineffective. When I confronted him, he admitted this was the case. Despite my disappointment, I tried to resolve the situation fairly and asked for a £300 refund, acknowledging that at least one vent had been properly installed. Craig agreed and promised to return the money within 14 days. Those 14 days have passed, and he is now ignoring all my calls and messages. This experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. The work was not carried out as agreed, and the lack of accountability since then has been unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company based on my experience there has been no integrity or professionalism from start to finish.
